Chef Thomas Raquel’s Truffle Dip

  • 1 cup crème fraiche
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Giuliano Tartufi truffle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Sliced vegetables, for serving

Creamy, rich, and delicious, this dip is fantastic with any vegetables, but radishes, cucumber, broccoli, and tomatoes are particularly delicious. The truffle sauce adds a deep, savory note to the dip that is well balanced with fresh vegetables.

1) In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

2) Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then serve with sliced vegetables
