These Chili Lemon Shrimp Tacos are spicy, citrusy and oh so, SO good.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, chili seasoning, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix until shrimp is fully coated.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, per side, or until shrimp is fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Clean skillet and heat a little more olive oil. Add corn tortillas and cook on the stove until crispy, making sure to flip.
- Fill crispy tortilla shells with shrimp and top with salsa, queso fresco, lime juice and cilantro. Feel free to use any other taco toppings you love, too!
- Serve and enjoy!
