Churro French Toast

Ingredients
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- FOR THE FRENCH TOAST:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 thick slices bread of choice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions

- Whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze. Set aside.
- Whisk together all the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together french toast mixture of eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Coat sliced bread in egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated bread and cook evenly on both sides until golden brown. Remove from skillet and while still hot, coat french toast in cinnamon sugar.
- Top with glaze, serve and enjoy!
