Have you ever thought about making your own butter? Because you can and you should! Follow this recipe, and enjoy, fresh creamy butter. Mmm.
- Pour heavy cream into a mason jar, no more than half way.
- Shake cream in mason jar. Shake for at least 20 minutes, checking your progress at the 10 minute mark.
- When there is butter in the jar, drain the buttermilk into a bowl (and save for a recipe!). Serve butter with warm better, serve and enjoy!
