- 2 - 3 pounds chuck roast
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 - 6 ounces dark beer
- 4 LA MORENA Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce, chopped
- Brown the chuck roast on both sides using the brown setting on your pressure cooker.
- Add the garlic, salt, beer, and chipotle peppers.
- Add additional water if it doesn't cover the meat.
- Cook on the meat setting for one hour.
