Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 8 - 10 whole romaine lettuce leaves
- Sliced cucumbers
Instructions
A healthy and delicious idea for dinner any night of the week!
- In a bowl mix together soy sauce, ginger powder, olive oil and pepper. Add chicken and mix until fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add diced cucumbers, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and yogurt. Mix together.
- Skewer chicken and grill until fully cooked through. You can also bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- When chicken is done, build your wraps. Line romaine leaves with sliced cucumber, add a few pieces of chicken and top with tzatziki. Serve and enjoy!
