Here's a super easy recipe to throw together to dinner tonight!
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil. Add chicken, soy sauce and garlic. Stir and cook until chicken is almost cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in lemon zest and honey. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Stir in poppy seeds.
- Divide cooked chicken between lettuce leaves, top with julienned carrots and microgreens. Serve with hot sauce and enjoy!
