- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a circular cookie cutter, evenly distribute mozzarella cheese into six circles. Add two slices of pepperoni to each circle of cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
