- In a small saucepan on low heat, pour in rose wine, then add sugar, gelatin and strawberry extract. Keep stirring until sugar and gelatin dissolve fully, but make sure it doesn't boil.
- Fill gummy bear molds with the warm mixture using an eyedropper. Be sure to do this promptly, before the rose cools down and hardens.
- Refrigerate for at least 45 to 60 minutes, until the gummy bears have completely solidified. Once they are ready, the gummy bears should easily pop out of the molds. Eat them at room temperature and store any leftovers in the fridge.
