White BBQ Chicken Bread Boats

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika, separated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 shallots, diced
- 4 loafs French bread
- Shredded jack cheese
Instructions
Make your own white BBQ sauce, then serve up these delicious chicken bread boats! They are amazing.
- To make white BBQ sauce: In a large bowl, add mayonnaise, horseradish, minced garlic, Creole mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully combined. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add shallots when chicken is halfway done. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through.
- Using your knife, cut an indent from the French bread. Stuff with white BBQ sauce, jack cheese, chicken, and top with more cheese.
- Place stuffed bread on a parchment-lined baking tray and broil just until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
