Zucchini Ravioli

Zucchini Ravioli


  • 3 medium zucchinis, cut into thinly sliced strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh thyme, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce

Listen up, Zucchini Ravioli is really good and really easy to make. ENJOY!
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut zucchini into thin strips. A peeler works very well. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add turkey, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until turkey is browned. Before you remove from heat, stir in thyme and basil, if desired.
  4. Assemble ravioli with 4 strips of zucchini and about 2 tablespoons of turkey filling. Wrap and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Cover with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
