- 2 frozen cod fillets
- ½ lb asparagus
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp miso paste
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- In a medium sized non stick pan on medium high heat, pour in oil and wait till it gets hot. Add in asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer asparagus to a plate and keep the pan on the heat.
- Season the cod with salt and pepper then place in the pan to get a nice sear. After 2 minutes on one side, flip using a spatula and glaze the cod with miso paste. Flip one more and brush the other side.
- Plate on top of the asparagus garnish with alfalfa sprouts and enjoy!
