Granola Yogurt Pizza


  • 3 bags Jessica’s Natural Foods Butterscotch Chip Granola
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
Topping Ideas:
  • Bananas, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blackberries or raspberries
  • Pecans
  • Chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add Jessica’s Natural Foods Butterscotch Chip Granola and pecans to food processor; process until coarsely ground. Transfer to large bowl; add butter and honey. Stir until completely combined.
  3. Press the granola mixture into the pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned on edges. Allow to cool then remove from pan.
  4. Top with yogurt and your favorite toppings; slice and serve immediately!
