- 3 naan flatbread
- 2 tablespoons Star Fine Foods Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 large peaches, sliced
- 2 balls burrata, torn
- 9 slices prosciutto
- ½ cup arugula
- Drizzle of Star Foods Olive Oil, balsamic glaze, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper for garnish
Brush Star Fine Foods Olive Oil on both sides of naan flatbread and place on a hot grill for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Spread an even layer of pesto on each piece of naan. Top with sliced peaches, torn burrata, prosciutto and arugula.
Drizzle Star Foods Olive Oil, balsamic glaze, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper on top. Serve and enjoy!
