- 3 naan flatbread
- 2 tablespoons Star Fine Foods Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 large peaches, sliced
- 2 balls burrata, torn
- 9 slices prosciutto
- ½ cup arugula
- Drizzle of Star Foods Olive Oil, balsamic glaze, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper for garnish
- Brush Star Fine Foods Olive Oil on both sides of naan flatbread and place on a hot grill for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Spread an even layer of pesto on each piece of naan. Top with sliced peaches, torn burrata, prosciutto and arugula.
- Drizzle Star Foods Olive Oil, balsamic glaze, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper on top. Serve and enjoy!
