- 4 peaches, sliced thick
- ⅓ cup ricotta or mascarpone cheese
- Honey, for drizzle
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- Slice the peaches on the thicker side and set aside.
- Heat the grill and grill the peaches on each side for 2 minutes then take off and place on a plate.
