Grilled Peaches

Grilled Peaches


  • 4 peaches, sliced thick
  • ⅓ cup ricotta or mascarpone cheese
  • Honey, for drizzle
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

  1. Slice the peaches on the thicker side and set aside.
  2. Heat the grill and grill the peaches on each side for 2 minutes then take off and place on a plate. 
  3. Top with ricotta or mascarpone cheese, honey and fresh thyme.
