Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast, diced
- 500 gr fresh egg noodles
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok on medium-high, and add the chicken slices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the red bell pepper, carrot, spring onions, cabbage, garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cook the fresh egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables and the chicken.
- For the sauce, mix together the honey, soy sauce and chicken stock. Add to the noodles. Serve immediately.
