Honey Chicken Noodles

Honey Chicken Noodles


  • 1 Chicken breast, diced
  • 500 gr fresh egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 head of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  1. Heat the oil in a wok on medium-high, and add the chicken slices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add the red bell pepper, carrot, spring onions, cabbage, garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Cook the fresh egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables and the chicken.
  4. For the sauce, mix together the honey, soy sauce and chicken stock. Add to the noodles. Serve immediately.
