Ingredients
- 2 cups white corn tortilla chips
- 2 cups hot corn tortilla chips
- 1 avocado, halved
- 1 cup guacamole sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup hot salsa
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- GUACAMOLE SAUCE
- 1 avocado
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- HOT SALSA
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
GUACAMOLE SAUCE
- Peel and add avocado to a food processor.
- Add the other ingredients and pulse until smooth.
HOT SALSA
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
- Arrange tortillas chips, avocados, guacamole sauce, sour cream, and hand hot salsa on a platter or wooden cheese board.
- In conclusion, Garnish with lime, red chili peppers and jalapeno.
