Ingredients
- Fish Cakes:
- 4 filetsTilapia
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1/4 onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Remoulade Dip:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2-3 tbsp cocktail sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients for fish cakes into a food processor and blend until mixed and fish is throughly minced. Mixture should be a sticky paste consistency.
2. Scoop handful of mixture and form into cakes.
3. Sautee with butter/oil until browned on each side.
4. Whisk all ingredients for the remoulade and serve with fish cakes for kids.
