- 4 -5 mint leaves, muddled
- 1-2 shots Jameson Irish Whiskey
- ½ lime, juiced
- Ginger beer, for top
- In a copper mug, muddle the mint using a muddler or the back of a spoon .
- Add in the whiskey and then the ice.
- Top with ginger beer and squeeze in the lime.
- Garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy alongside the cabbage fritters. Happy St. Patty’s Day, lads!
