Get the kids (or the kid in you) excited for sushi with this fun recipe! If you don't have chopsticks, fingers work too. Just sayin'.
Meat and Cheese Sushi:
- Place tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over tortillas and top with lettuce leaves, turkey and ham.
- Place cheese strips and green onions on the bottom half of each tortilla, then roll up tightly; press gently to compress all ingredients.
- Cut into 1-inch-thick slices. Serve.
Fruit Sushi:
- Place tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread half of the cream cheese over tortillas and top with fruit roll ups, tearing to fit.
- Place fruit on the bottom half of each tortilla, then roll up tightly; press gently to compress all ingredients.
- Cut into 1-inch-thick slices. Serve.
