Kung Pow Ribs

Kung Pao Ribs


  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • ¼ cup kung pow sauce
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Parsley, for garnish

  1. Coat the ribs in dynasty kung pow sauce.
  2. Grill the ribs on low for 1 hour. Cover the grill and let them be.
  3. Each hour turn the ribs, rotating them so they cook evenly. Every time you do this brush them with more kung pow sauce.
  4. Do this for 3-4 hours until the ribs are falling off the bone, or until they are grilled to you liking.
  5. Cut ribs off the rack and place into a bowl. Top with fresh parsley.
