Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- ¼ cup kung pow sauce
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
- Parsley, for garnish
- Coat the ribs in dynasty kung pow sauce.
- Grill the ribs on low for 1 hour. Cover the grill and let them be.
- Each hour turn the ribs, rotating them so they cook evenly. Every time you do this brush them with more kung pow sauce.
- Do this for 3-4 hours until the ribs are falling off the bone, or until they are grilled to you liking.
- Cut ribs off the rack and place into a bowl. Top with fresh parsley.
