Serves:
3 people
Cooking Time:
40 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup panko
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 packet Marukome Miso Chili
- 3 hamburger buns
- 9 slices american cheese
- 6 slices, cooked bacon
- 6 butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, sesame oil, salt sriracha, panko, chopped green onions, and egg. Mix until just combined, then shape into 9 equal-sized patties. Make a thumb indent in the center of each patty - this will help the patties cook evenly.
- Heat oil in a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties and sear for 6 minutes on each side. Turn heat down, top each patty with a slice of American cheese, and cover until the cheese melts.
- Remove burgers from the grill pan and set them aside. Place buns, cut side down and toast until golden.
- Heat Marukome Miso Chili in a small saucepan for five minutes, until heated through.
- To assemble, layer the bottom of each bun with lettuce. Top with three burger patties, two slices of bacon, ¼ cup of Marukome Miso Chili, and the remaining half of the bun. Enjoy!
