Ingredients
Pie Crust:
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- Raw Rev Glo Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Vegan Protein Bar, diced small
- 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup thick chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Make Crust: Add the chocolate sandwich cookies to a food processor and grind into fine crumbs. You do not need to remove the filling.
- Add the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs to a bowl and combine with the melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into your pie pan and press into an even layer on the bottom and up the sides.
- Freeze it for 30 minutes before adding your filling.
- Make Pie filling: Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth.
- Fold in the Raw Rev Glo Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Vegan Protein Bar and whipped topping with a spatula.
- Spoon peanut butter pie filling over the chocolate crust.
- Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- Top with chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips and drizzle with a thick chocolate sauce.
