Listen up y'all, cause we're about to change your life with these Loaded Fried Mashed Potato Balls. They are loaded with everything you could possibly want, fried to a golden perfection and then devoured. Get to making them now!1) In a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, chives, bacon and chili pepper. Mix until fully combined. 2) Using your hands, roll mashed potatoes into 1 1/2 inch balls. Coat balls first in egg wash, then in bread crumbs, making sure they are fully coated. 3) While forming the mashed potato balls, heat oil in a deep skillet until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 4) Add coated mashed potato balls to hot oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, or until fully golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. You'll want to fry in batches so as not to overcrowd the oil. If your skillet starts running low on oil, simply add more. 5) Serve mashed potato balls immediately with dipping sauce of choice. Enjoy!
