Macadamia French Toast

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup Artisana Organics Mac-Coconut Nut Butter Blend, plus more for finishing
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • Powdered sugar

  1. Whisk together milk, eggs, Artisana Organics Mac-Coconut Nut Butter Blend, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Heat the butter in a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Top with macadamia nuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and drizzle with more Artisana Organics Mac-Coconut Nut Butter Blend and enjoy!
