  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, divided

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 box manicotti shells
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
