1 slice sourdough toast ¼ cup hummus 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers 1 handful cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons feta cheese 1 handful black olives 1 tablespoon olive oil Micro greens for garnish Toast bread to your liking and spread the hummus over the toast. Place peppers on top of hummus. Place cherry tomatoes and olives onto toast. Sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with micro green then transfer to a plate and enjoy!
