Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough toast
- ¼ cup hummus
- 2 Tbsp roasted red peppers
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 handful black olives
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Micro greens for garnish
Instructions
- Toast bread to your liking and spread the hummus over the toast.
- Place peppers on top of hummus. Place cherry tomatoes and olives onto toast.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Garnish with micro green then transfer to a plate and enjoy!
