- 1 cup merlot
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons powdered gelatin
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add wine, sugar, and gelatin. Whisk for 2 to 3 minutes, or until gelatin has dissolved. Try not to increase the heat too much as you don't want to burn off the alcohol content.
- Using a dropper (or something with a very fine spout), fill gummy bear molds. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the gummies are set. The longer you keep them refrigerated the better.
- Pop the gummy bears out of the mold, serve Merlot Gummy Bears and enjoy!
