  • 1 packet dried ramen noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 small packet chili flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Dried green onions for garnish (optional)

  1. Place ramen in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with 2 cups of ramen. Add spinach and break up frozen clumps. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, or until noodles are tender (cooking times may vary).
  2. While ramen is in the microwave, mix together peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Remove ramen from the microwave and drain excess water. Pour peanut sauce over ramen and mix in while noodles are hot. Stir until everything is fully coated.
  4. Top with dried green onions, serve and enjoy!
