Ingredients
- 1 slice of cinnamon swirl bread
- ¼ cup pumpkin seed butter
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 1 starfruit, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried apricot
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Toast bread to liking and evenly spread cashew butter. Then top with strawberry jam and spread.
- Slice strawberries keeping the tops intact to create a fan.
- Top the buttered toast with strawberries and starfruit.
- Sprinkle the toast with dried apricots and pumpkin seeds.
