
Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 7 oz. ground biscuits
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the filling:
- 7 oz. cream cheese
- ¾ cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
2. Mix until combined and transfer the whole mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Smooth the pie base evenly.
3. In another bowl mix the cream cheese with peanut butter, powdered sugar until creamy mixture, and stir in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
4. Mix until everything is combined and transfer the pie filling into a pie dish with the crust. Smooth it out and chill it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
5. Decorate with mini chocolate chips. Cut slices and serve.
