Pear Walnut Spring Salad


  • 6 cups mixed spring greens
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ⅓ cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 oz. goat cheese
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Vintage Farm Walnut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. In a salad bowl, place salad greens. Top with sliced pear, red onion, toasted walnuts, and goat cheese. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Fresh Vintage Farm Walnut Oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
