  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups Papa’s Pops Skinless Popcorn - Sweet & Salty
  • 2 eggs

  1. In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika until fully coated.
  2. Add Papa’s Pops Skinless Popcorn - Sweet & Salty to a food processor and pulse until finely ground, then place in a shallow bowl. Add eggs to another shallow bowl and beat.
  3. Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip seasoned chicken into the egg mixture, followed by the ground Papa’s Pops Skinless Popcorn - Sweet & Salty, shaking off any excess popcorn. Place in a greased air fryer basket and repeat with remaining chicken.
  4. Once the chicken is all dredged, air fry for 8. Flip chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes. (If air fryer basket is in crowd, cook in batches) Once all chicken is cooked, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
