Ingredients
- 1 package un-popped popcorn
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag marshmallows
- Frosting of choice
- Sprinkles
Instructions
Sometimes you wanna just have some fun in the kitchen. And what could be more fun than whipping up a batch of Popcorn Cupcakes! Get to it!
- Pop popcorn per package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt together butter and marshmallows. Add popped popcorn and stir to coat in marshmallows and butter.
- Grease a muffin tin and press popcorn mixture into each tin. Allow cooling completely.
- Scoop frosting in a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the tip cut off. Frost popcorn cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
