Pumpkin Dalgona Coffee


  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • ¾ teaspoon Stevita Naturals Organic Sugar Alternative Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 2 cups milk
  • Star anise for garnish

  1. In a small mixing bowl add instant coffee, Stevita Naturals Organic Sugar Alternative Erythritol, pumpkin spice and boiling water.
  2. Using an electric mixer whisk for two to three minutes or until you get a fluffy cream. The more you whisk the stiffer the dalgona.
  3. Onto the bottom of two coffee cups place pumpkin puree, pour over the milk (either hot or cold) and top with the whipped coffee / dalgona.
  4. Garnish with star anise. Serve immediately and enjoy.
