- 2 slices leftover pumpkin pie ( 1 cup pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 4 oz vodka
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Cinnamon, for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly combined, thick and frothy.
- Transfer the pumpkin pie white russion to 2 chilled glasses then generoulsy top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
