Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ¾ cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tomato, diced into fine cubes
  • 1-2 chili peppers, diced into small chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil

  1. Add ½ cup of vodka to a large bowl. Sprinkle ¼ of an envelope of the unflavored gelatin over the vodka. Allow the gelatin to absorb the vodka and bloom for about 2 minutes. Add the blue JELL-O to the bowl. Then add a ½ cup of boiling water. Whisk the mixture until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Allow the liquid to cool for about 5 minutes. Fill the shot glasses ⅓ of the way with the blue mixture. Place the glasses into the fridge to chill and set for about 1 hour.
  2. Add ½ cup of vodka to a large bowl. Sprinkle 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin over the vodka. Allow the gelatin to absorb the vodka and bloom for about 2 minutes. Add a ½ cup of boiling water to the bowl. Whisk until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until everything is combined. Allow the liquid to cool for about 5 minutes. Pour this white mixture on top of the blue layer until the glass is filled 2/3 of the way up the glass. Place the glasses back into the fridge to chill and set for another hour.
  3. Add ½ cup of vodka to a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle ¼ an envelope of unflavored gelatin over the vodka. Allow the gelatin to absorb the vodka and bloom for about 2 minutes. Add the red JELL-O to the bowl. Then add a ½ cup of boiling water. Whisk the mixture until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Allow the liquid to cool for about 5 minutes. Pour this red mixture on top of the white layer another ⅓ of the way, leaving a little space from the rim. Place the glasses back into the fridge to chill and set for another hour.
