Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans sloppy joe sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits, 8 to 10 biscuits
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Crumble beef in a large skillet. Add green bell peppers and onions. Cook until beef is cooked through, stirring often. Drain.
  3. Return to heat and stir in corn and sloppy joe sauce. Cook together for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour sloppy joe mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Then Top with grated cheese and biscuits.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.
