Ingredients
- 8 slices thick cut bacon
- 3 pound pork loin
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Grab your slow cooker and make the best Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin you've ever had. We suggest eating slow-baked bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with spicy mustard (as we want to do with most things), but the choice is yours!
- On a clean surface, layout bacon. Place pork loin on top of bacon and rub pork with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and brown sugar. Wrap bacon around the pork.
- Place bacon-wrapped pork in a slow cooker, add water and cook on high for 2 hours.
- After two hours, transfer pork loin to a lined baking tray and broil for 3 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
- Remove from oven, serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
