Ingredients

  • 1 box ( 16 oz) Betty Crocker Supreme original brownie mix
  • 50 ml water, 100 ml oil, 2 large eggs
  • 1 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 Petit-Beurre, broken into small pieces
  • 2 bars white chocolate candy, broken
  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray, or oil with sprinkled flour. Make and bake brownies as directed on box. After removing pan from oven, set oven control to broil.
  2. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows and Petit-Beurre over warm brownies.
  3. Broil with top 4 to 5 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds or until marshmallows and Petit-Beurre are golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with white chocolate. Cool on cooling rack, about 3h until chocolate is set. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
