Heat all Cranberry Spice Simple Syrup ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat, whisking until sugar dissolves. Reduce to a simmer and heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Allow to cool completely.
Add gin, lemon juice, Cranberry Spice Simple Syrup, orange liqueur, egg white, and cranberry bitters to a shaker without ice. Dry shake for 30 seconds - vigorously.
Add ice to shaker to the top and shake again - vigorously - for another 30 seconds.
Gently pour into a 2 chilled coupe glasses and top with Lyre CLASSICO.
Drop a few dots of cranberry bitters on the top of the froth and swirl to decorate. Garnish with fresh cranberries. Enjoy!
