In a medium saucepan, pour in cranberry juice. Add in sugar, honey, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, ginger, cloves, and star anise.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain juice to remove spices and ginger. Mix in Sun Chaser- Berry Pomegranate and divide into mugs. Add 2 ounces of non-alcoholic bourbon to each 8-ounce serving.
Garnish with orange slices, fresh cranberries and star anise. Serve warm.
