Spicy Cold Pasta with Kimchi

Ingredients

  • 1 package buckwheat noodles
  • 1 can Jayone Foods Canned Napa Cabbage Kimchi
Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Brown rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Toppings:
  • 1 can Jayone Foods Canned Napa Cabbage Kimchi
  • Seaweed, cut into strips
  • Cucumber, julienned
  • Sesame seeds
  • Boiled egg
  • Salad

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients with one can of Jayone Foods Canned Napa Cabbage Kimchi.
  2. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Boil noodles for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Mix the cold noodles with the sauce.
  4. Top with more Jayone Foods Canned Napa Cabbage Kimchi, seaweed, cucumber, sesame seeds, egg and salad.
