Heat the oil in a large shallow casserole dish over a medium heat and fry the onion for 10 mins until soft. Add the garlic, fry for 1 min, then add the orzo and Lonolife Beef Single Bone Broth. Mix well to combine. Add 3 cups of the water and bring to a simmer.
Stir the spring greens into the orzo along with the peas and green beans. Simmer again for a further 8-10 mins, continually stirring, gradually adding more water as you need until the vegetables are cooked and the orzo is creamy and tender. Season with pepper. Stir in the lemon juice and most of the basil and cheese.
Serve in shallow bowls, scattered with the remaining cheese, basil and the lemon zest.
