Spring Garden Parfait


  • The Truth Bar Dark Chocolate Brownie Crunch Bar, finely chopped
  • 1 package chocolate pudding, prepared
  • 1 package Cool Whip, thawed
Chocolate Carrots:
  • Green and orange melting chocolate wafers
  • Disposable pastry bags
  • Waxed paper or parchment paper

  1. Start by melting the orange chocolate wafers according to package directions. Place in a pastry bag or ziptop bag. Snip the end of the bag open with scissors to create a small opening. Pipe simple carrot shapes, by squeezing harder at the top of the carrot (to squeeze out more chocolate and make it wider), and squeezing less at the bottom of the carrot to form the tapered shape.
  2. Melt green chocolate wafers, place in piping bag and pipe on the carrot leaves. Let cool on the counter, or stick in the fridge for a few minutes if you want to use them even more quickly.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix a few tablespoons of your prepared chocolate pudding into your Cool Whip.
  4. Layer the finely chopped The Truth Bar Dark Chocolate Brownie Crunch Bar, chocolate pudding, and chocolate Cool whip in a small, clear container, so that you can see through the sides. Garnish with chocolate carrots and enjoy!
