Ingredients
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Yondu Vegetable Umami
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In the bowl of a food processor, chopper, or blender, add the mint leaves and pulse to chop.
- Add all other ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with chips, veggies, or sliced bread.
