Spring Pea and Feta Dip


  • 3 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Yondu Vegetable Umami
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, chopper, or blender, add the mint leaves and pulse to chop.
  2. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Serve with chips, veggies, or sliced bread.
