- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Sliced strawberries, for topping
- Sliced bananas for topping
- Blueberries, for topping
- Granola, for topping

- Toasted coconut, for topping
- Add the frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides when necessary.
- Distribute the mixture between two bowls. Top with sliced strawberries and bananas, blueberries, granola, That’s It Apples + Strawberries Bars, and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
