Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned whole-rolled oats
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl melt the butter.
- Add the flour, oats, sugars, optional salt, and stir to combine.
- Transfer half of mixture to prepared pan and hard-pack the mixture.
- In a bowl add chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, corn starch and toss to combine.
- Evenly distribute strawberry mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle rest of crumble topping mixture.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until edges are set and center has just set.
- Place pan on a wire rack and allow bars to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
