
Ingredients
- 5-6 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp chili oil
- Cilantro for garnishing
- Black sesame seeds for garnishing
Instructions

- In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice and chili oil.
- Pour over cucumbers and toss well. Garnish with black sesame seeds and enjoy!
